DIAGNOSIS IS THE START
Knowing Your Stage Is Only the Beginning
Knowing where you are can change the way you see your business.
But diagnosis alone doesn’t create progress.
Knowing you’re a Builder doesn’t automatically create a consistent pipeline of customers. Knowing you’re an Operator doesn’t automatically reduce founder dependency. Knowing you’re ready for Growth doesn’t tell you which constraint you need to address first.
Once you understand where you are, the next challenge is to identify what is preventing you from moving forward, determine what matters now, and develop the Capabilities and Capacity required to make progress.
That’s where the Founder’s Journey Intensive begins.
FROM DIAGNOSIS TO PROGRESS
How the Founder's Journey Intensive Works
1. DIAGNOSE
We begin with the Founder’s Journey Assessment.
Together we establish:
- Where your business currently sits within the Founder’s Journey
- How ready you are to progress
- The Capabilities you already possess
- The Capabilities and Capacity you now need to develop
- The constraints preventing progress
You don’t begin with a generic programme.
You begin with your business.
2. IDENTIFY THE PRIORITY
Once we understand your stage, we determine the most important problem to solve next.
That might be:
- Validating an opportunity
- Getting your first customers
- Creating a consistent sales pipeline
- Improving an offer
- Increasing revenue
- Developing repeatable delivery
- Reducing founder dependency
- Building systems
- Developing your team
- Strengthening leadership
- Preparing for sustainable growth
But we don’t try to tackle everything simultaneously.
We solve today’s stage.
3. BUILD YOUR 60 OR 90-DAY ROADMAP
Together we translate your priority into a practical Founder’s Journey roadmap.
Instead of leaving with another long list of things you “should” be doing, you know:
Where you are.
What matters now.
What to do next.
Your roadmap establishes clear actions, milestones and measures of progress.
4. EXECUTE
Knowing what to do isn’t enough.
Over the following 60 or 90 days, we work together to implement your roadmap.
The emphasis is not simply on achieving an immediate business result.
It is also on developing you as the founder.
You develop the skills, knowledge, judgement, habits and Capacity required for the stage you’re navigating.
Because the purpose isn’t simply to solve today’s problem for you.
It is to develop your ability to solve tomorrow’s.
The traveller is changed by the journey.
5. REVIEW, LEARN AND ADAPT
Business development rarely follows a perfectly straight line.
We regularly review:
What did we expect to happen?
What actually happened?
What have we learned?
What needs to change?
Your roadmap adapts as evidence emerges.
At the end of the Intensive, we reassess your position and determine the next priority in your Founder’s Journey.

60 Days or 90 Days?
- 60-Day Intensive
- 90-Day Intensive
For founders with a relatively clear challenge who need focused support to remove a specific constraint and build momentum.
Best when the problem is already becoming clear and concentrated execution is required.
For founders whose challenge requires deeper diagnosis, experimentation, Capability development or sustained implementation.
Best when meaningful progress requires several cycles of action, evidence, learning and adjustment.
You don’t need to decide which programme you need before speaking with us.
We determine that together.

Frequently Asked Questions
You don’t need to work this out yourself. You can begin by taking the Founder’s Journey Assessment, which is designed to identify where your business currently sits within the journey and how ready you are to progress. Your stage and circumstances are then explored more deeply as part of the diagnostic process.
The 60-Day Intensive is designed for founders with a relatively clear challenge who need focused support to remove a specific constraint and build momentum.
The 90-Day Intensive is better suited to challenges requiring deeper diagnosis, experimentation, Capability development or several cycles of implementation and learning.
You don’t need to decide beforehand. We determine that together.
Yes. The Founder’s Journey begins before consistent sales. If you are at the Explorer or early Builder stage, the work may focus on establishing Founder–Product–Market Fit, validating an opportunity, developing your offer or beginning to generate paying customers.
The work changes according to your stage.
Yes. Established businesses face different problems from early-stage businesses. Your challenge may involve repeatable delivery, founder dependency, systems, leadership, team development or preparing the organisation for sustainable growth.
The purpose of the diagnosis is to determine which challenge matters most now.
It is not a generic business course.
The Founder’s Journey Intensive combines diagnosis, strategic guidance, challenge, Capability development, practical implementation and accountability according to the needs of you and your business.
Rather than taking every founder through the same predetermined curriculum, the work begins with your stage, your constraint and the progress you need to make.
The Discovery Call is an opportunity to discuss your business, where you believe you may be within the Founder’s Journey and the challenges you are currently facing.
We can then explore whether the Founder’s Journey Intensive is appropriate for you and, if it is, whether a 60-Day or 90-Day Intensive would be most suitable.
The purpose of the Discovery Call is to establish whether the Intensive is appropriate for your situation.
If it isn’t the right next step for you, there is no reason to force your business into a programme that doesn’t fit.
Diagnosis comes before prescription.
